Samten is a meditation and mindfulness app delivering easy to follow, traditional and authentic techniques guided by expert monk Gelong Thubten who teaches meditation at Google and many other companies. He has also collaborated with Ruby Wax on the book “How to be Human, the Manual”.

Meditate for just 5 to 10 minutes a day and start your journey with authentic content that is regularly updated to help you reduce stress, increase compassion, improve focus, increase quality of sleep and become more aware.

Start your journey with 30 days of training via the “30 day challenge” where we provide you with a step by step programme, with explanations of how the techniques work and it’s free for the first 7 days.

Guided meditation sessions are available as:
-5 to 7 minutes a day for the first 7 days and
-10 minutes a day for the next 30 days.
-There are then further trainings for deepening your practice and developing wisdom.

Samten is the perfect app for those on the go, developing mindfulness during your morning commute, or at work. We will teach you how to integrate meditation into your daily life in a user-friendly way.
